With more than 30 years of professional experience in medium-sized and large financial institutions, Michael Henrich has in-depth experience and a broad network in the financial services industry. As a board member, he has 15 years of management responsibility at the top management level and has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in corporate management. Other areas of experience include sales as Head of Sales, restructuring and risk management.
Michael Henrich has been working as an interim manager for several years, mainly in the financial products sector but also in production companies for various companies. He has supported the management in projects but has also taken over the temporary management of business units and entire parts of companies. His experience extends in particular to the restructuring of entire companies and parts of companies.
