Principles

More personal documents such as CVs, skills profiles, project lists and references are entrusted to executive search consultants than in almost any other profession. It is therefore essential to have clear principles governing the handling, storage and disclosure of these sensitive documents. Equally important are guidelines that ensure serious and confidential cooperation with clients and candidates.

  1. No parallel presentations

    The documents provided to us by candidates as part of a search assignment (e.g. CVs, project lists, references) are submitted exclusively to the respective client. They will not be forwarded in parallel to other companies.

  2. Confidentiality

    We treat all documents and personal data of clients and candidates with the utmost confidentiality. This data is always stored and processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only pass on documents from candidates to our clients with their express consent.

  3. No solicitation of candidates from our clients

    Our business model consistently excludes unethical practices. We do not allow a consultant to fill positions at one of our clients while another consultant poaches employees from that company to place them with one of their clients. Such practices contradict our principles and have no place with us.
