In the field of finance and accounting, she has an extensive network that has grown over decades. This has enabled her to build up a large talent pool in the areas of financial accounting, controlling, and commercial management positions. Providing tailored advice in order to fill vacant finance positions with high-quality, targeted candidates is always a priority for her.
An independent HR consultant since 2024, she previously worked for several years as a senior consultant at two competitors. She began her career as an HR consultant at Robert Half Deutschland GmbH.
After graduating from high school, Sara Ghane studied business administration at the East Frisia University of Cooperative Education. As part of a postgraduate course at the Leibniz Academy in Hanover, she obtained a qualification in human resources management (VWA).
